AMD Radeon WattMan

According to several reports online, there was a leak on the Sapphire website for the upcoming AMD Radeon RX series cards showing that AMD is replacing it's overclocking tool OverDrive with a new tool called Wattman - the tool will most likely be integrated into the Radeon Settings software and will  will give users a great level of control over the clock speeds, lower power states, voltages, fan controls, etc.

AMD Radeon is launching the Polaris architecture cards with the RX series that will be launching on 6/29/2016 with the first offering of the RX 480 4GB / 8GB, the RX 470 and RX 460 will follow shortly after.
