Sparkle Introduces the Intel Arc A770 & A750 ROC Graphics Cards: “LUNA Edition” in White

Sparkle, a major partner for the Intel Arc GPU launch, has recently expanded its lineup with the introduction of the ROC Edition graphics cards. These cards are based on the Alchemist series and come in both black and white designs.

The Sparkle ROC Series

1. Color Options: The Sparkle ROC series features dual-fan models available in two color options: black and white. The white model, known as the “LUNA Edition,” borrows its name from the moon. Although Sparkle’s official images may suggest that the white model has a darker PCB, it’s important to note that it still features the same blue PCB as seen on all Sparkle ARC graphics cards.

2. Overclocked Performance: All ROC cards are overclocked, which is no surprise. The ARC A770 boasts a 2300 MHz GPU clock and a 17.5 Gb/s memory speed (as it comes in a 16GB configuration). The ARC A750 cards feature a slightly lower clock speed of 2200 MHz.

3. Display Connectivity: Sparkle claims that their cards support three DisplayPort 2.0 connectors and one HDMI 2.0 port. Notably, the Arc GPUs support UHBR10 mode, which is different from the Radeon RX 7000 series that supports UHBR13.5. This distinction is essential, especially with the emergence of monitors supporting higher transmission rates.

4. Physical Design: All the cards share the same look with two 100 mm fans. The GPUs are 28.1 cm long and 13.1 cm wide, requiring 2.5 slots. Each model is powered by a pair of 8-pin power connectors and requires at least a 650W power supply.
