The first Xiaomi models to receive MIUI 13
MIUI 12, the interface of Xiaomi smartphones, changes with the new face MIUI 13 based on Android 12. According to the company’s statement, 18 Xiaomi smartphones will be sent in the first quarter of 2022 (January-February-March). For the remaining models, gradual shipping will be applied.

In addition to the global Redmi Note 11 series, Xiaomi announced that it has made the next generation operating system MIUI 13 available in international markets. The number of monthly active users of MIUI exceeded 500 million as of the fourth quarter of 2021.
The next-gen OS offers useful features like sidebars and widgets, as well as versatile upgrades focused on improving the core experience, including faster storage, higher background processing efficiency, smarter processing, and longer battery life.
