Hello Sunshine for Moonlight, Goodbye Nvidia GameStream

Sad news is, starting in mid-February of 2023, a planned update to the NVIDIA Games app will begin rolling out to NVIDIA SHIELD TV owners. With this update, the GameStream feature will no longer be available, GameStream will also be dropped by GeForce Experience.

Good news is, there are alternatives already available - Sunshine for Moonlight!

Sunshine is a Game stream host for Moonlight. Sunshine is a self-hosted, low latency, cloud-gaming solution with support for AMD, Intel, and Nvidia graphics cards. It is an open-source implementation of NVIDIA's GameStream, as used by the NVIDIA Shield TV. Connect to Sunshine from any Moonlight client, available for nearly any device imaginable.
