Intel Arc GPU Graphics Drivers 101.5518 Beta Released

Intel has just rolled out the latest version of their Arc GPU Graphics Drivers, version 101.5518 beta.

What’s New?

1. Optimization for Games:

   • This release brings optimizations for two popular games:
     • Ghost of Tsushima: Director’s Cut
     • Homeworld 3

2. Bug Fixes:

   • Arc A-Series GPUs:
     • Fixed lower-than-expected performance issues with Dragon’s Dogma 2.
   • Core Ultra Processors with Arc Graphics:
     • Resolved performance issues in Dead Space.

Known Issues:

• Arc A-Series Graphics Products:
  • No Rest for the Wicked (DX11) may experience intermittent application crashes during gameplay.
  • Enshrouded (VK) may also crash during gameplay.
  • Doom Eternal (VK) might exhibit flickering corruptions in the game menu and during gameplay.
  • PugetBench Extended Preset Benchmark may fail on certain Adobe Premiere Pro Processing Tests.
  • Topaz Video AI could encounter errors when using specific models for video enhancement.
• Intel Core Ultra with built-in Intel Arc GPUs:
  • Avatar: Frontiers Of Pandora (DX12) may crash during game loading.
  • Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection (DX12) may experience an application crash during gameplay loading.
  • Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League (DX12) might show shadow corruption during gameplay.
  • Blender could crash while rendering certain scenes on specific system memory configurations.
  • Topaz Video AI may also encounter errors during video enhancements.
  • Procyon AI might crash during benchmark runs with precision float32.
• Intel Core Processor (12th-14th Generation) Products:
  • Dragon Quest X Online (DX9) may sporadically crash during gameplay.

Intel Arc Control:

• Fixed Issues:

  • Endurance Gaming Power Options per application now correctly display in Arc Control for Intel Core Ultra with built-in Intel Arc GPUs.

• Known Issues:

  • Arc Control Studio capture recording files may become corrupted when the mouse cursor is enabled during HDR capture.
  • Arc Control may intermittently show errors when enabling Virtual Camera and camera preview on Intel Core Ultra with built-in Intel Arc GPUs.
