Building a $900 Intel Arc B580 Gaming PC

Intel's newest Arc B580 Battlemage GPU has landed, and at $249 I was pretty excited about a new, budget gaming GPU contender. But is the B580 worth it's competitive price tag, or has Intel suffered another failure with it's ARC lineup of gaming GPUs?
