Talking Tech is at the Intel Arc Showcase at Computex 2026, where we’re getting a first look at four brand‑new handheld gaming devices powered by Intel Arc G‑Series processors based on Panther Lake. Intel Senior Technical Marketing Engineer Craig Raymond walks us through the lineup, including new designs from MSI, Acer, and OneXPlayer. These handhelds feature new Arc G3 Extreme and Arc G3 processors that bring 12 Xe and 10 Xe graphics configurations derived from the same architecture found in Intel Core Ultra Series 3 laptops. That means support for XeSS 3, multi‑frame generation, and smooth AAA gaming — now in lower‑power, portable form factors. Craig also highlights new features designed specifically for handhelds, including Endurance Gaming mode for longer battery life and pre‑compiled shaders for faster game startup.
