Updated September 21, 2026: Nintendo Switch Online added Ninja Gaiden III, Ikari Warriors and RC Pro-Am II to NES Classics on September 2, per official Nintendo news. July brought Fortified Zone, Sword of Hope II and Dr Mario plus Puzzle League, with Virtual Boy Zero Racers and D-Hopper on Expansion Pack.

September NES trio
Per Nintendo Singapore news September 2, NES Classics adds Ninja Gaiden III The Ancient Ship of Doom with Ryu Hayabusa closing the trilogy around Irene is death inquiry. Membership plus account required, per the same page.
Per the same official page, Ikari Warriors is the 1987 action shooter with Paul and Vince raiding by land plus tanks and helicopters on limited ammo with enemy resupply. R.C. Pro-Am II is the 1992 sequel with faster tracks, 24 circuits, 2-player races, item pickups, model shop upgrades, and Tug o Truck plus Drag Race bonuses.
