Legacy Perks are account-wide, non-combat bonuses earned by completing challenges in WoW: Forever. You receive one Legacy point per challenge completed, which you can spend across three account-wide trees: Adventure, Resourcefulness, and Professions.

Per the BlizzCon 2026 Deep Dive panel, as cited by Talents Forever: each character can spend 16 Legacy points at launch, with 65 earnable in total and more trees to come. Once purchased, perks cannot be reset or unequipped.
